Though he’s semi-retired now, Chireh still stays involved as an advisor, trainer, and engineering specialist, passing on his knowledge and hands-on expertise. Whether he’s perfecting roasting techniques or tackling a tricky machine problem, Chireh’s impact is still felt every day, making sure our commitment to top-notch coffee continues to shine through.
