Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Hormozi and Co’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Hormozi and Co’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 44 Chatsworth Gardens, London, W3 9LW. Our company registration number is 08496423. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Hormozi Refund Policy

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Where a consumer exercises his/her cancellation rights, the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of fourteen days, commencing on the day following the day you, the customer, receive the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If you, the customer, choose to cancel your order without giving a reason, you can be asked to return the goods and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Hormozi.co.uk reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch. If we exercise this right we will provide a full refund without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the date we cancelled the order.

Your order becomes binding as soon as you have completed checkout. You as the buyer are responsible for checking that you are satisfied that all details of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements. This includes without limitation quantity, product type, grind variant, billing and shipping information, and aims of delivery service. These terms extend to subscription supply, you as the buyer are responsible for checking that you are satisfied that all details of your subscription are correct and suitable for your requirements prior to all scheduled charge dates.

Cancellation Rights

You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (2013 No. 3134). You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins on the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period normally ends after 14 days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

However, this period may be reduced depending on whether or not the specific goods are deemed to be perishable within a shorter time frame (as stated either by us or on the goods) in which case the goods must be returned prior to their expiry or within 14 days whichever is the shorter. If such items are not returned within this period, you may still return them to us, but charges may be payable. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Payment methods

www.hormozi.co.uk take credit and debit card payments from most major card providers. All of our payments via the website are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Alternatively, you can pay over the phone or request an invoice to pay directly via bank transfer.

All cards are taken using a secure encrypted server, but please refer to our privacy policy for more information about how your personal data is processed by these provider.

Delivery

Expect delivery of your order within a maximum of 28 working days although most items will be dispatched within 24/48 working hours. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time, we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the consumer a refund.

Please note we roast to order, so we cannot always dispatch on the day of order.

Please note we flavour to order, so we cannot dispatch flavoured orders same day.

We work with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and UPS for deliveries.

All roasted coffee orders include free shipping. All orders over 2kg are upgraded free of charge to 24hr delivery service.

Roasting

We roast all of our coffee fresh to order. Same goes for flavouring and grinding. We roast every day Monday to Friday. We use a 1kg, 5kg and 60kg roaster.

Please note that although we use various destoning systems, coffee could still sometimes have debris in it such as stones. We take no liability for any damages caused by this.

Free Samples

We offer 25g coffee samples for free to all our customers and charge £0.99 for postage and packaging.

On occasion, we may include unsolicited free samples in orders. If you do not want this, please let a note requesting no free samples.

Pricing

All prices quoted in this website were correct at the time of publication but errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE). Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced we apologise if any offer is incorrect.

Please advise us if this is the case and we will correct any errors without delay. Please note all offers are strictly subject to availability and acceptance by Hormozi Coffee and nothing on this website constitutes or implies a contract of sale unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Hormozi Coffee. All and any offers may be withdrawn without notice entirely at the discretion of Hormozi Coffee.

Keep in mind our prices fluctuate with the coffee market and sadly we cannot always give notice for this.
