Curtis Cole is our Engineering Specialist and a true cornerstone of the team. Curtis was Hormozi Coffee’s first outside hire, joining us as a young apprentice, and over the years, he’s become not only an essential team member but a true part of the Hormozi family. Learning directly from Chireh, Curtis has been honing his skills to take the lead in engineering and is now the go-to for all things mechanical. He also plays a key role in training new staff and is a talented secondary roaster, helping ensure the team’s always at its best.
