In the cup you can expect to be hit by an intense, aromatic smell reminiscent of berries and flowers. This is a very light coffee with a touch of acidity. Naturally sweet and fruity, no sugar needed at all.
This coffee is a washed processed coffee, harvest between January and October.

How to brew this coffee? BREW IT BLACK! In a french press or a pour-over.
If you are a milky coffee drinker, I would not recommend this coffee. The subtle deliciousness that makes this such a famous coffee will be lost to you.
As an espresso we find that it may come out a little too citrusy, a little overpowering.
