Crafted from a rich medley of hibiscus flowers, apple pieces, rosehip shells, blackberry leaves, elderberries, raspberries, strawberries, sour cherries, and lemon peel, this is a tea that delivers a deeply fruity, refreshing experience from the very first sip. Naturally caffeine-free, it’s a drink you can reach for at any time of day — morning, afternoon, or evening.
Produced at our tea factory in northern Germany, each batch is made with love and care from ingredients sourced exclusively through controlled organic farming. The moment you open the package, the aroma of fresh wild berries greets you — and the striking deep red infusion speaks for itself, a natural sign of the blend’s high vitamin C content.
The Ingredients
Hibiscus Flower — The vibrant heart of this blend, hibiscus is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, supporting immune health and giving the brew its signature deep red colour.
Apple — A natural source of sweetness and body, apple pieces add a smooth, mellow fruitiness while contributing dietary fibre and gentle digestive support.
Rosehip Shell — One of nature’s richest sources of vitamin C, rosehip supports immune defence, reduces inflammation, and adds a pleasantly tart depth to the blend.
Blackberry Leaves — Packed with tannins and antioxidants, blackberry leaves bring a subtle earthy note while supporting digestive health and overall cell protection.
Elderberry — Long celebrated in herbal tradition, elderberries are known for their immune-boosting and antiviral properties, adding a rich, dark berry flavour to the cup.
Raspberry — Sweet and slightly tart, raspberry pieces add a bright fruitiness while delivering vitamins C and E, supporting skin health and antioxidant protection.
Strawberry — Naturally sweet and aromatic, strawberry pieces contribute vitamin C, folate, and a fresh summery character that lifts the entire blend.
Sour Cherry — Bold and tangy, sour cherries are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, adding complexity and a beautiful depth of flavour.
Lemon Peel — Zesty and bright, lemon peel rounds off the blend with a clean citrus finish while supporting immune health and aiding digestion.
How to Brew the Perfect Cup
- Heat Your Water — Bring water to 70–80°C (158–176°F). Avoid boiling — it can scorch the leaves and introduce bitterness. No thermometer? Boil and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Measure Your Tea — Use 2.5g (roughly one heaped teaspoon) per 200ml of water. Adjust to taste.
- Add to Your Infuser — Place the leaves into a loose leaf infuser or strainer, giving them enough room to expand fully.
- Steep — Pour hot water over the leaves and steep for 2–3 minutes. For a lighter cup, pull at 2 minutes; for a bolder, spicier brew, go to 3.
- Remove and Enjoy — Remove the infuser promptly and sip as is, or add a slice of fresh lemon or a drizzle of honey to enhance the natural flavours.
Pro Tip: The leaves can be steeped a second time for a lighter but equally enjoyable second cup.
