Description
Hormozi Coffee UK is proud to present our Earl Grey Tea — a premium organic black tea with a story as rich as its flavour. Born from a legendary gift between a Chinese monk and Charles Grey, former British Prime Minister, Earl Grey has grown from an aristocratic curiosity into one of the most beloved teas in the world. Our Deluxe version honours that heritage with high-quality organic black tea, fragrant bergamot oil, and the elegant addition of cornflower petals — creating a cup that is bold, aromatic, and unmistakably refined.
Produced and refined with love and dedication near Hamburg in northern Germany, each batch is crafted to the highest organic quality standards without compromising on taste or sustainability. Naturally caffeinated and full of character, our Earl Grey is the perfect morning energizer or afternoon indulgence — a tea that delivers both a moment of calm and a reliable, focused lift to carry you through the day.
The Ingredients
Organic Black Tea — The bold, full-bodied foundation of this blend, black tea is rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and natural caffeine — supporting heart health, mental alertness, and sustained energy throughout the day.
Bergamot — The defining signature of any Earl Grey, bergamot oil brings a bright, citrusy, and slightly floral fragrance that transforms this black tea into something truly distinctive and memorable.
Cornflower Bloom — Delicate and visually stunning, cornflower petals add a gentle anti-inflammatory benefit and a soft floral elegance that elevates this blend from classic to Deluxe.
How to Brew the Perfect Cup
- Heat Your Water — Bring water to 90–95°C (194–203°F). Black tea is robust and benefits from near-boiling water to fully release its depth and character.
- Measure Your Tea — Use one heaped teaspoon (approximately 2.5g) per 200ml of water. Adjust for a stronger or more delicate brew to suit your preference
- Add to Your Infuser — Place the leaves and petals into a loose leaf infuser or strainer, giving the blend room to fully open and infuse
- Steep — Pour hot water over the blend and steep for 3–4 minutes. For a lighter, more aromatic cup, pull at 3 minutes; for a bolder, richer brew, go to 4.
- Remove and Enjoy — Remove the infuser and enjoy as is, or add a splash of milk and a touch of sugar in the classic British style. A slice of lemon also pairs beautifully with the bergamot.
Pro Tip: For the fullest bergamot aroma, breathe in the steam as the tea steeps — the fragrance of a quality Earl Grey is half the experience.
