Colombia Excelso is a classic crowd-pleaser.
The washed process delivers clarity and structure, while the altitude preserves brightness. Expect soft orange acidity layered over brown sugar sweetness, with a gentle cedar finish adding depth.
Balanced, smooth and versatile, this is an ideal daily filter or espresso.
Ethiopia Djimma

Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica, and Djimma offers an accessible introduction to natural Ethiopian profiles.
This is one of our more affordable Arabica coffees, delivering fruit-forward character without the premium price tag of higher-grade Ethiopians.
Expect ripe mango notes, soft wine-like sweetness and gentle fruit complexity. Best suited for those who enjoy natural-processed coffees with a relaxed, everyday profile.
Nicaragua SHG

Altitude: 1070 to 1200 metres

Flavour Notes: Roasted Almond, Orange, Chocolate
SHG stands for Strictly High Grown, referring to coffees cultivated at higher elevations where slower maturation enhances density and flavour.
This washed Nicaraguan offers comforting, rounded notes of roasted almond and chocolate, lifted slightly by a subtle orange brightness.

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling

Process: Semi-Washed

Sumatran coffees are unmistakable.
The semi-washed process produces a heavier body and earthy complexity. Expect herbal depth, warming spice and nutmeg character with underlying sweetness.

Brazil Santos

Brazil Santos is a foundation coffee.
