Colombia Excelso

Origin: Colombia
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1450 metres
Harvest: January to June
Varietal: Caturra, Typica
SCA Score: 83
Flavour Notes: Orange, Brown Sugar, Cedar

Colombia Excelso is a classic crowd-pleaser.

The washed process delivers clarity and structure, while the altitude preserves brightness. Expect soft orange acidity layered over brown sugar sweetness, with a gentle cedar finish adding depth.

Balanced, smooth and versatile, this is an ideal daily filter or espresso.

Ethiopia Djimma

Origin: Ethiopia Djimma
Process: Natural
Altitude: 1300 to 1800 metres
Harvest: October to January
Varietal: Heirloom
SCA Score: 78
Flavour Notes: Fruity, Wine, Mango

Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica, and Djimma offers an accessible introduction to natural Ethiopian profiles.

This is one of our more affordable Arabica coffees, delivering fruit-forward character without the premium price tag of higher-grade Ethiopians.

Expect ripe mango notes, soft wine-like sweetness and gentle fruit complexity. Best suited for those who enjoy natural-processed coffees with a relaxed, everyday profile.

Nicaragua SHG

Origin: Nicaragua SHG
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1070 to 1200 metres
Harvest: December to March
Varietal: Various
Flavour Notes: Roasted Almond, Orange, Chocolate

SHG stands for Strictly High Grown, referring to coffees cultivated at higher elevations where slower maturation enhances density and flavour.

This washed Nicaraguan offers comforting, rounded notes of roasted almond and chocolate, lifted slightly by a subtle orange brightness.

Approachable, smooth and dependable.

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling

Sumatra, Indonesia
Origin: Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling
Process: Semi-Washed
Altitude: 1400 metres
Harvest: June to December
Varietal: Catimor, Typica
SCA Score: 84
Flavour Notes: Herbal, Spicy, Nutmeg, Sweet

Sumatran coffees are unmistakable.

The semi-washed process produces a heavier body and earthy complexity. Expect herbal depth, warming spice and nutmeg character with underlying sweetness.

This is bold, structured and ideal for those who prefer low acidity and fuller mouthfeel, particularly in espresso or French press.

Brazil Santos

Origin: Brazil Santos
Process: Natural
Altitude: 900 to 1050 metres
Harvest: May to August
Varietal: Catuai, Bourbon
SCA Score: 78
Flavour Notes: Cocoa, Creamy, Nutty, Peanut
